Six Favorite Labor Day Sales

Happy weekend savvy shoppers! I’m in major shock it’s September this weekend but excited to enjoy the long weekend. Plus, so many good Labor Day sales out there; this time instead of giving you a mega list — I know I personally find that overwhelming — here are six favorite Labor Day sales for you or the family, and what I’m loving at each one. We have my favorite boutique jewelry designer Alexandra Gioia offering a site-wide discount; crazy amounts on sale at Nordstrom; Sephora has up to 20% off; Loft has a fab sale as you prepare for fall; and one surprise: Abercrombie. I know, I can’t even believe it but I keep seeing bloggers (and I’m talking 30-somethings, not 14 year olds!) sharing the cutest items and each time I check it out… it’s Abercrombie (how cute is this crazy cozy pullover?!).

THE BEST LABOR DAY SALES

ALEXANDRA GIOIA: Always a top favorite for me… and you! Get 20% off at the Etsy shop of my favorite boutique jewelry designer. These beautiful tortoise shell earrings are in regular rotation (I always get compliments and they’re so lightweight; see them here!), and her druzy beaded bracelets are so pretty — I often wear two of the black striped ones (see here).

ABERCROMBIE: You heard me mention it above… the store is changing things up and it has so many items that are perfect for our age. I even got a bathing suit there this summer! Take 40% off site wide, plus 50% off on denim. I mean, check out this cuteness…

LOFT: Score 40% off sitewide, inclusive of Lou & Grey (i.e. softest items ever), with code LABORDAY. Here’s everything I’m loving right now.

NORDSTROM: Major sale, including so many Nordstrom Anniversary Sale items that are now 40-50% off (here’s my original try-on session if you want to see about markdowns). ! I could go on and on here because, especially if you’re a girl in a warm weather state there is so many great items for year-round or fall now on sale. A favorites include my Good American denim (they live up to the hype, just size down; I have this pair in a size 0), paired with this ultra soft $11 tee or this top (size down) and layered with this cute utility jacket. And, I know these are summery but my palm print yaro sandals (with the coolest rattan heel detail) are on sale and seriously awesome; every spring/summer you’ll be so happy you have them. Lastly, I’ve been stalking this Redhead cropped sweatshirt for about three months and it’s finally 50% off (do I get a second for Sarah?!)! The blonde is also discounted (sorry brunettes!).

OLD NAVY: Get 50% off all jeans, tees and sweatshirts, and 20% off your entire purchase. & tees. I find so much of the Evan and Sarah’s clothes here now and there are a number of great fall staples at Old Navy for you that won’t break the bank. These are by far my favorite picks for you:

SEPHORA: Love this… Get 10-20%, based on your Sephora level (everyone gets at least 10% off). I’m in desperate need of a new eye cream and after doing some mega research and getting a mega response from you guys (maybe 50-75 responses?) on Instagram stories I purchased three to test — Kiehl’s if you need ultra-hydration, Shiseido for lines and dryness, and Ole Henricksen for brightening powers. I also splurged and got Good Genes (you can get the smaller test one here, which I did during the last sale and loved so much). It makes your skin so incredibly smooth, as does Drunk Elephant’s weekly Baby Facial, which has a serious cult following (I have/love/recommend). If you have damaged or super dry hair and need a major refresh/moisture/love, I keep hearing about the transformative powers of Olaplex.
