And instead of boosting your energy, chips or sweets can leave you feeling sluggish. For me I know the key is to have the ingredients on hand so print or save a recipe so you can buy the ingredients the next time you’re at the store. It’s always so frustrating when I’m ready to bake or prep and i have an empty kitchen.

    I have read a lot about home made no bake energy balls and have tried some of the recipes. They’re very easy to make and may sound a little funny – but they’re handy..For me they’re the best on the go snack
