Creating a great wardrobe is all about what makes you feel good, what works for your lifestyle, and what eliminates that “I have nothing to wear” feeling. Some of us might be into classic pieces, while others live for wearing fur-lined booties. To each is own…. no judgement in what makes you feel good! Do your thing.
I love having some fun with my wardrobe, while generally gravitating toward cozy, chic classics… an army green vest and jacket being among the top.
Particularly in Florida where you don’t even really need a real jacket (and barely sweaters), I get more use out of these two items, as well as a denim jacket, compared to anything else. I mean, I just wore an army green jacket last week here. It’s so easy & cute, and looks equally adorable with a skirt or dress (love it with a white/cream dress & booties, too!). As you see here, you can also play around with the color palette… here I’m mixing in two very “in” colors… this mustard yellow and a blush pink.
