Sephora’s VIB Sale

Beauty lovers rejoice! The annual Sephora VIB Sale is here, where Very Important Beauty (VIB) members part of the brand’s rewards program get 20% off your entire purchase, both in-store and online using promo code 20VIB. Now’s the time to either restock and save on your beauty go-tos, or splurge on any items you’ve been coveting for awhile. It’s also a great time to get a jump start on your holiday shopping (or even replace your guy or girls’ fragrance!). I also love playing around the “best sellers” section to find the best of whatever I’m in the market for. Lastly, Sephora now carries my brand favorite, It Cosmetics, so I’ll be picking up the CC Cream, setting powder and mascara this weekend.

Here are my favorites from the promotions this year…

Sephora VIB Sale

Glamglow set: This set of of three Glamglow’s bestselling masks would make an amazing gift for anyone looking for clear skin, including Supermud Clearing Treatment, Thirstymud Hydrating Treatment, and Youthmud Tinglexfoliate Treatment. I recently tried the supermud clearing treatment mask and it’s amazing, with a slight tingle feeling that just makes your skin feel super clean.

beautyblender: A cult classic! It’s been on my list forever so it’s time to make it happen.

Fresh sugar lip obsession: my FAVORITE lip products; they’re super hydrating if you’re a girl with dry lips, yet offer a pigmented hue. At around $20-$26 each, this four piece set is a great buy. Also love this for a deserving friend!

Sephora Superstars: If you’re a girl who loves the classics — or is anxious about making a makeup purchase — this set of Sephora’s best sellers is for you. So many good products in here.

Laura Mercier secret brightening powder: a secret no more! This is by far one of my most used products. Apply the lightest layer of this translucent powder over your concealer to eliminate any cakiness. I often would find my concealer would go into my skin, this creates a flawless look.

T3 Wand trio: I’ve heard amazing things about this Allure Best Beauty Award winner. Genius that it’s one want with various attachments to create a professional blow out look. Plus, it’s sooo pretty. 😉

Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion exfoliator: If you want to feel like your skin just treated to a professional facial/microderm, this is for you. Dr. Brandt has a cult following and this is one of the brand’s most popular items. I love how my skin feels refreshed and smoothe after using it.

It Cosmetics CC+ Cream: I raved about this last month and now that Sephora carries It, I’m definitely taking advantage of this sale. Packed with SPF and without parabens and other garbage this CC cream gives coverage without adding weight. The best.

It Cosmetics superlash mascara: want megawatt lashes that are thick and long? Look no further. SO many swear by this, including myself. You won’t regret it.

Anastasia spooley brow pencil: I’ve been using this brush (well, I’ve replaced) for at least three or four years and I love how it has the brush on one end and this precision applicator on the other end. I use the Anastasia duo eyebrow set with it.

Naked Palette: guys, if you don’t own a Naked palette consider this your moment. I bought mine a few years ago during a sale — thinking, gah, this is such a splurge for shadows — but I’ve found it’s worth it. It lasts forever and offers such a range of beautifully pigmented colors that last on your lid (use a primer, too, if you can, or even a dab of concealer to even out your lid skintone).

PS yesss you definitely need a beauty blender! I usually use my flat top kabuki brushes for foundation but I love my beauty blender for concealer and for my foundations of course too when I want it to look flawless.

I need to try the Superhero mascara- I’ve heard great things! I tend to stay away from Glam Glow because I don’t love the skincare ingredients it has but definitely need to stock up on other skincare. Great picks!
