How to Quickly Hydrate Dry Heels

I know I’m a Florida girl who primarily gets to wear sandals year-round (sorry, not sorry!) however my naturally dry skin has been extra troublesome this season, with my heels paying the price.

I’ve put moisturizing lotion on my feet and then slipped on socks to let my feet hydrate while sleeping, and while that helps, it takes some time to see results. I had recently purchased BeautyCounter oil, which has been super hydrating on my face, so I decided on a whim to use it on my heels.

How to quickly hydrate your feet, heels

Wow! I layered on the oil, then my lotion and put on my socks. Wear them overnight to let it soak into your skin (you also don’t want to slip on your tush with slippery feet!). I swear I saw such improvement in just one night, and more so when I continued for a few nights in a row.

I’m sure similar products can help — it’s the extra hydrating power of an oil that’s key! Here’s to sandal season.

Thanks for the tip! Although I live in a hot and humid place, my feet tend to get real dry. Am surely going to try this one 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

I found a great product that I purchased @ Salon54. Epoch sole solution. It is made by nu skin. It is wonderful for toe cuticles and heels. It’s the best product for dry feet that I have ever used.
