Closet Staple: Ankle Boots

Ankle boots are one of the most versatile shoe options. You can don them with jeans, a dress or skirt, tights, slacks–basically anything! They can be dressy or casual, depending on the heel height, material and embellishments (or lack of).

And, of course, they’re perfect for gals like me who live in climates that scarcely drop below 60 degrees. I purchased last Fall these; I somehow snagged them for half-off, though based on how much I’ve worn them, they’ve been a fantastic investment regardless.
