Five Good Weekend Sales 4.4.2020

I wasn’t planning on sharing a favorite weekend sales post however there are honestly a handful of really great sales I’m shopping or eyeing and if you’re looking for a bit of retail therapy, I wanted to make sure they’re on your radar, too. I’ve been slowly trying to update a few areas of my closet, and coincidentally it’s all the things I’ve been craving more than ever: pajamas (upgrading to a few coordinated sets), lounge wear (also loving coordinated sets), and some fresh workout clothes to help motivate and refresh my closet.

In full transparency, I do make a small commission on some of these sales, so besides being helpful, this post is a way for me to make a little extra this month when you shop through my links as other work has been pushed back, put on hold, etc. Just a little way you’re supporting my small business as you’re supporting other retailers.

ATHLETA

A lot of my workout clothes are Athleta (or Amazon, and a few Lululemon), yet they rarely have sales… you really have to wait. They’re offering a rare 30% off sitewide, including their bathing suits which have a huge following. I just ordered my second of this sports bra, and I love, love these pocket leggings, particularly in the plum for spring, and this tank, which I just added to my cart. This wrap also looks like something we’d all live in, and how cute is this crop tie dye top?

AERIE

Get 40-60% off at American Eagle’s brand for all things cozy, cute and casual. I’m basically craving the entire web site, lol. I get most of my bralettes here, plus love the swim, and just so many of the casual tanks and tees (love these vintage-inspired ones), shorts, etc. If you’ve never checked, worth it! I also love the brand’s commitment to showing a diversity of women and no air brushing; seriously, check out it.

NORDSTROM

Take 25% off ALL denim for the family, plus they still have their spring sale on with a shocking amount on sale, including my new necklace I can’t stop wearing. LOTS of great finds here. Heads up they’re price matching Madewell’s big sale so you can get 40-50% off… I prefer to order through Nordstrom because of free shipping and returns. These shorts are just $35 (!!)

SOMA

For the first time ever and today only (Saturday, though hoping they extend it), take 40% off the entire store, with code 95024!!! They started with their bras — I have three of this really popular wireless one (check out those reviews!), it’s the only actual bra I’ll wear now — and vanishing edge panties (both have a cult following), however I’ve been eyeing their pajamas for ages with their “Cool Nights” technology and they just recently really expanded the collection. Definitely treating myself to a pair or two with this sale! I’ve also wanted a pair of their Sunday sweatpants (would be so cute with this pullover) and just pulled the trigger; they’re a bit back ordered but worth it at this price!

ABERCROMBIE

I tell you guys all the time, this is really my secret spot for SO much cuteness — I get more compliments on random Abercrombie jeans and tops than I do most anything else. Take 50% off the entire store right now! Forget the 90s tacky Abercrombie sweatshirts, I shop here for silky camis, cute tees (like this one), fun dresses, and their denim is amazing (I own probably 4-5 pairs now; has no stitching on the back pockets, how I prefer it). TRUST me. Have this dress in my cart, as well as these adorable casual short overalls for weekend wear / beach cover-up.
