How to Style Crop Wide Leg Pants

As you saw in my post last week, I’m really into this cropped wide leg pants trend. It’s easy to wear, and more flattering than you might initially think. The key is to be aware of and play with proportions.

As you’ll see from most of these real women, show off your waist line, which is perfect since so many of these styles feature a higher waist (hits at your most flattering spot!). Notice how the style works for casual to work, nights out to weekends. Consider different footwear options, with booties even being a cute option as you head into fall.

The the wide leg pants trend, you sometimes just have to feel it out. I tried on a few that were too short or too long, had prints or fabrics that weren’t working. Then I tried these, and… PERFECTION.

Here are some really cute, flattering options I’ve scoped out for you, many on sale for the holiday week:

By the way, don’t forget  that the #nsale (big Nordstrom sale!) is quickly approaching. I shared the scoop here, however be sure to take advantage of this awesome $1,000 giveaway I’m doing in collaboration with a handful of talented bloggers.
