Leopard Flats

leopard flats - The Best Cyber Week Sales by popular Florida style blogger The Modern Savvy

There’s something about a pair of leopard flats that immediately pulls together an outfit and adds beautiful visual interest. It’s like this unicorn in the prints world that magically works as a bold print and a solid. Right? Totally right. 😉

How to style them?

Seriously, with anything. I love the idea of an all-black outfit (dress or pants), or white and black, paired with leopard flats. Wear them with jeans to give your look some edge, or work them into another print look like a plaid button down (or scarf). For the fall and winter, pair them with shades like emerald and burgundy, along with your brights… remember how I recently styled them with a hot pink blazer?

This pair from J. Crew Factory immediately checked off every box… after a reallllyyyy long search. I had a similar pair from years ago however they had so much wear, and oddly, my foot is now about a half-size smaller (weird, right?!) so they were always falling off, even with those little things in my heels. This J. Crew Factory pair has a chic pointy toe — providing a nice leg lengthening effect — are comfortable, affordable and I love the d’orsay/cut-out on the side. You really can’t go wrong!

Those are such a sleek pair, and really do have the amazing ability to elevate any look. I love my leopard shoes, I’m just sad the toes are getting scuffed and there is no way to fix scuffed calf hair 🙁

I know… that was exactly my issue with an old Madewell pair. This is definitely a great update pair when you’re ready. I haven’t found anything similar I liked more.

If you’re debating a pair of leopard flats I highly suggest these! I haven’t totally loved some of the slides version (and wonder about their staying power for the price) and these really go with everything.

I just got a new pair of leopard flats too, and I love how versatile they are! I know it’s totally cliche to say that leopard print is a neutral, but it’s kind of true!
