Two Ways to Wear: All-White Outfit

Are you a girl who often veers toward your go-to black blouses and dark denim? I get you. It’s eternally chic and effortless (and perhaps… safe). At the same time, think how you can lighten up your look with an all-white outfit. It’s modern and fresh, and can equally go from day to night.

Below are two looks for inspiration — the first in Palm Beach with scalloped shorts from J. McLaughlin that are the perfect length with thicker fabric (i.e. you can’t see through and conceals any bumps) — and the second taken in Charleston that spotlights the prettiest open-knit fringe sweater from J. McLaughlin. You might have seen on my Insta Stories recently where I did some fitting room try-ons… they have so, so many good pieces for spring like this and this dress… and their bag game? Off the charts.

When it comes to all white, the accessories game is wide open: play around with a print clutch or purse, a fun pair of heels or wedges, or keep it simple with all metallic accessories. Want a little comfort? Black and white is eternally chic. And lastly with white, wear nude undergarments (not white) to ensure the focus is on you, and not on your undergarments.
