I just went to the gym the other day and forgot my phone. Forget texting or playing on Instagram…. getting your sweat on without your jams is some serious biz. Talk about digging in for some major self motivation.
Listening to music is definitely one of the best parts of working out… the beat gets me going (or help me relax). To get you going, make sure you have lots of the songs featured below added to however you access your beats. I’ve been using Apple Music lately but also have Pandora and my SiriusXM apps.
