Outfit: Palm Print Dress

PSA: Every girl needs a fun, flirty dress for summer. Like yesterday’s post where I encouraged you to veer away from basic black bathing suits, I’m going to say the same thing again today (don’t hate me!): ditch the black — even just for a day — in favor of a summery dress in a great print like this palm print dress.

For example, how cute is this palm print number? And, would you believe it’s under $30? I saw it on Old Navy’s Instagram a few weeks back and had to order it. This dress style comes in nearly a dozen colors and prints, and is ideal for day or night. Show those shoulders for an evening out or afternoon stroll with sandals, or pair it with a bright cardigan, denim jacket or white blazer to mix it up.

PS: while it was only for the sake of this capturing this post, this is the first time in my life except for sleeping that I’ve gone sans a bra (and the girls stayed where I left them!). I’m still wearing a bralette for the next few months but it’s fun to know what’s on the horizon. For reference, I’m wearing a petite small.
