Apologies in advance for those of you getting this after the sale has ended — I’m confident it will return soon, and honestly, a Target swimsuit on sale for under $35-$30 is still a serious steal. Target has been loading up on seriously cute, stylish and better-fitting swimsuits for spring and summer and I’m such a fan! I’ve been so good during recent Target runs, not giving into temptation but definitely looking at a few suits I wanted to test. For those of you who haven’t shopped Target swim, they’ve done an amazing job expanding options — a wider size range, more with bra sizes, focus on construction, and also, lots of fun, on-trend options as well.
As a Florida girl, we’re constantly in swim suits and I have found that embracing vibrant colors and prints is absolutely the way to go. For those of you who tend to gravitate toward basic styles and black, we still see you, and adore you, yet I swear to you that it’s worth trying a print or color. Counter to what you think, it actually detracts from areas you’re sensitive about because people see the bright fun bathing suit, not some dimples that girl, we all have. I get that I’m more on the petite side, but we all have our insecurities and I’ve just learned to be OK with them because…. who cares. I have thigh dimples, and a tush that apparently loves gravity in a serious way. That said, I love beach and pool days with my fam and my friends way more what I’d miss if I kept them covered.
Alas, I digress and I’ll get off my soap box.
Target Swimsuits on Sale
TARGET! SWIM! Check out how stinkin’ cute these swim suits are and all pieces are currently BOGO 1/2 off. Confession: I ordered SIX swim suits to test — and it cost me maybe $120 total. TOTAL. For sizing, I sized up to a medium in all the bikini pieces. You’re always supposed to size up in swim, FYI. I’m hoping 2-3 are amazing and the rest go back. Here are nine suits I’m loving however check out the Target swim section because there are SO many options to select from.

Also, complete sidenote but I’d be remiss if I didn’t share two Target items: one, these denim shorts are the best deal around – $18, fit amazing, good stretch, not too short, etc. Size up if between sizes. I also snagged this tie dye sweater which I envision wearing lots with these shorts, and white denim.
ALSO: if you’re in need of a new bath mat and want one that feels like you’re standing on a Barefoot Dreams cardigan (you know how they feel like a cloud/heaven?!), get these. I now have these Target bath mats in every bathroom and they are currently on sale. SO soft, washes well, etc. LOVE.
