Outfit: White Denim Season

Navy and white, OK, and navy with any hue of pink, are quite possibly my favorite color combo ever. I love how beautiful navy looks across so many skin tones, and well, white — white lacquer furniture, opaque white nail polish, white accessories — makes me seriously happy.

I fully believe you can wear white denim year-round (the after Labor Day rule is dated; ignore it!), and here’s an example of how I styled it a few weeks ago on a chillier Florida day (ok, it was in the 70s) while volunteering at a local home for the elderly. Each of these items are closet VIPs in my book: a light-weight navy sweater, white denim and navy wedges work overtime across a variety of outfits.
