When I heard that adult coloring books were a thing, I got pretty excited. My daughter loves creating masterpieces, and I often find myself doodling along as well — it’s actually pretty calming and relaxing. Almost surprised it took so long for this to become a marketed item (man, another missed million dollar idea!).
Check out these fun books I found below… they’re a great stress reliever, and could also become a personalized masterpiece if you frame it (a great personalized / budget-friendly Valentine’s gift idea!).

…. and, if you want to work out a little anxiety, and want to be snarky and a little crude at the same time, I can’t resist sharing this, available at Etsy (this single page is also pretty awesome):

January 11, 2016 at 1:31 PMI love adult coloring books! The designs are almost as pretty black and white as they are colored in. I have been coloring with my sharpies lately (in lieu of colored pencils) because I love the vibrancy. AND as you mentioned, I colored a dragonfly and framed it for my mom because she loves them!
